All items offered on this website including but not limited to Gate Operators, Accessories & Access Control Equipment must be installed  by experienced and qualified technical personal.  Our company is not responsible for personal or property damages due to improper installations. Warranty does not cover any damages caused by improper use or improper installation. Damages due to weather, terrorism or acts of god are also not covered by warranty.

FREIGHT DISCLAIMER:

Items (shipped to a residential location) weighing over 75 lbs. may incur an additional ($60) fee by the trucking company. This fee will be charged to the customer if and when we are charged by the trucking company.

RETURN POLICY:

Full refund on all in stock items (with E-mail request) within 15 days of receipt of item(s) provided merchandise is in new and resalable condition including all parts and packaging. An RMA # is required for all returns and shipping costs to return merchandise is the buyers responsibility. Item(s) must be shipped back insured for the item(s) value in a proper outer box with the RMA# clearly written on the outside. Non stock items are subject to 15-25% restocking fee.  Return requests can be E-mailed to info@allsecurityequipment.com.

Our representatives will do their best to assist customers in selecting the best items for customers applications based on the information customer provides. It is ultimately the customers responsibility what they purchase since we are not able to see the actual application or job site.  Uncertain customers, if not qualified installers, should consult with their qualified installer before making a purchase.
